Happy Memorial Day everyone! This year I had the joy of spending some time down in South Louisiana with Gennifer and Casey who will be getting married later this year in November. I’ll be back down in Louiaiana for that too! For their engagements Gennifer wanted rustic chic and since we had access to some beautiful property that gave us beautiful pastures with a rustic barn complete with a great pond. We took advantage of the incoming storms to really capture the beautiful skies. I have a few ideas to really work with those images, but I didn’t want to delay the preview of these images any longer.
Melinda and Jerome are celebrating 10 blissful years of marriage and captured the memories of such a magical event with some fun Tulsa Portrait Photos. We took advantage of the beautiful outdoors for this session and visited a couple of different locations so we could create a beautiful variety of images for them. Joey just wanted to see a train so we did all we could to make it happen for him. Although we didn’t find the Choo – Choo, we did our very best and that was good enough for him. Congratulations Vascellaro Family!
Christina and Aaron are celebrating their 1st Anniversary of wedding bliss and wanted to celebrate it with a fun photo session this spring. With a few fun ideas, we set out to give them some ways to keep and remember this awesome time and cherish it though out the coming year. It’s always fun to see how couples chose to celebrate their anniversary and give me some great ideas for my own anniversary. Happy Anniversary Christina and Aaron, may you celebrate many more AWESOME years!
Engagement sessions are a lot of fun. I get to hang out with my couple and really learn what brought them together. With this couple, they like to laugh! The entire session was like a night at a comedy club with these two. Between Nikki making Cody laugh and Cody making Nikki laugh we had no shortness of smiles. With beautiful weather no very little wind, the session was just perfect. We had tried to shoot this session late last year, but with the wing, Nikki looked like Cousin IT with her hair. So we rescheduled and it worked out great! They will be married on June 1st at FBC Tulsa followed by a fun filed reception at the IDL Ballroom!
I usually get my previews posted on Sunday after the wedding, but Amy and Kyle were married on 5/11. The day after my birthday and the day before Mother’s day. Sooo, I’m just now posting pics from there super beautiful wedding! Amy and Kyle were married in a beautiful ceremony in a Hard Rock Wedding at the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa. The staff were very accommodating as I was moving everything around for our photos and taking the different groups around to capture some of the images. The ceremony had crystal decor that brought a wonderful elegance to the event. Jason from Revolution DJ’s provided audio for the Ceremony as well as got the party rocking in the Sky Room. It was a beautiful wedding and everyone went home with a cool party favor from the Tulsa Photobooth.
